The vision that started it all
Founded by Ganga Bhishen Agarwal, lovingly known as Haldiram Ji, our story began in Bikaner with a simple ambition: to create food people would return for, time and time again. Guided by honesty, consistency, and a deep respect for tradition, those early values continue to shape everything we do today.
